It's an easy read. I enjoyed the challenges, in the book, to improve your leadership skills.

A really good read. Considering I'm not much of a reader, this book was able to talk to me. With out being boring, or hammering on. Very well put together. It has helped me in my assistant manager position, and even with my toxic manager.
